This Milwaukee Braves cream coloured home jersey was worn in 1955 by Ben Taylor, a first baseman who had 10 at bats in 1955 with the Braves and had one hit. His major league career spanned from 1951- 1955 starting with the St. Louis Browns , Detroit Tigers and finishing with the Braves. This jersey was worn by Vern Handrahan as a recycled jersey during his first Milwaukee Braves spring training in 1959. This Wilson flannel  zipper style jersey has had the Braves large front crest removed when it was recycled. The red felt with black trim #19 remains unaltered.
